Job summary

Fogelman is seeking an Experienced Certified Maintenance Technician for Encore in the Belton area. You will complete maintenance service requests, handle make-ready units, and keep properties well‑maintained while delivering excellent resident service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC certification, strong plumbing, electrical and appliance repair skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete all service requests as assigned.
• Complete make-ready units.
• Care for and inventory supplies and equipment.
• Provide and maintain personal tools.
• Keep work area and tools clean and organized.
• Assist in preventive maintenance projects.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain positive communication with residents, vendors, and coworkers.
