Job summary

• Provide preventative maintenance for HVAC systems.
• Maintain cleaning of grounds and common areas.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues in A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Manage records of activity in maintenance log.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market‑ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Provide preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC and other mechanical systems.
• Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of onsite experience
• Possess a valid I.D.
• Have reliable transportation
