A leading health organization is seeking a Lead Medical Assistant in Philadelphia to coordinate medical staff activities and ensure thorough patient care. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant school, with proven experience in a medical setting. JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Lead MA will be the point person for communicating information to and from the medical assistant staff. She/he will be responsible for coordinating the daily activities for the medical assistants under the supervision of the clinical director. She/he will be responsible for ensuring that MA-assigned tasks are completed and communicate concerns to the clinical director. The Lead Medical Assistant will report to the Practice Manager.
