A leading health organization is seeking a Lead Medical Assistant to mentor and support fellow Medical Assistants. This position involves performing essential MA functions such as assisting patients and conducting diagnostic procedures. Job Details
The Lead Medical Assistant serves as a resource to other Medical Assistants within their office by mentoring, training, and leading day-to-day operations. In addition to their lead duties, they may also perform standard MA functions such as assisting patients and performing various diagnostic procedures, including EKGs, phlebotomy, injections, and vitals.

Familiarity with medical office procedures.
HS Diploma or equivalent required. Medical Assistant certification required. Minimum of 2 years Medical Assistant experience.
For NJ Only: Graduate of an accredited post-secondary medical assisting education program which includes, at a minimum, 330 hours of instruction and encompasses training in the administration of intramuscular and subcutaneous injections.
For internal Einstein applicants only: Medical Assistant certification is not required if a current Einstein employee in a Medical Assistant role with a hire date prior to 7/1/2024.
