American Lineman College is seeking a Certified Professional Journeyman Lineman Trainer to join our instructional team. This role delivers engaging, standards-based instruction that equips students with the technical skills, professional behaviors, and safety practices required for success in the linework industry.

As part of Cotulla Education, you will mentor trainees, maintain training facilities, and represent ALC at campus events.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Lineman with 5+ years of field experience.
• Strong instructional ability in classroom and field settings.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic training through lectures, demonstrations, hands-on activities, and practical field instruction.
• Develop and execute lesson plans aligned with learning outcomes and industry standards.
• Assess student learning through quizzes, tests, and skills evaluations.
• Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to support student growth.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safety-focused learning environment.
