Qualifications

• Verifiable work experience as an Electrical Lineworker.
• Hold a class C driver's license.
• Ability to explain and demonstrate knowledge of safety procedures, PPE, linework tools, and distribution/underground power utilities.
• Knowledge of line equipment installation, pole climbing, and transformer connections.
• Read staking/framing specs and verify customer voltages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high quality instruction and facilitate the learning of students.
• Develop course syllabi and instructional plans; organize daily classes with diverse learning styles.
• Integrate technology to enrich the educational experience and provide mentorship and feedback.
• Maintain student records and ensure safe instructional environments.
• Participate in program recruitment and promotion activities.
