Westland Real Estate Group in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to service Amber Ridge. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, with duties extending to plumbing and electrical as needed.

We require 1–2 years of hands-on HVAC experience, a valid HVAC certification, and EPA Universal Certification. A valid driver’s license and rotating on-call availability are expected. The role is on-site with competitive benefits.

• EPA Universal Certification required.
• 1–2 years of hands-on HVAC experience.

Responsibilities

• HVAC: install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on all HVAC systems.
• General maintenance: plumbing, electrical repairs, and other tasks as needed.
• Respond to resident work orders in a timely, professional manner.
• Conduct routine inspections and prepare units for new residents.
