Job summary

Westland Real Estate Group is looking for an HVAC Maintenance Technician for their Villas at Desert Pointe in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will have strong HVAC skills and be responsible for maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

In addition to HVAV work, the technician will handle plumbing and electrical repairs and respond to after-hours emergencies. Competitive hourly pay is offered, including benefits like medical, dental, and 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC technician.
• Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
• Physical ability to lift over 75 pounds and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on all HVAC systems.
• Perform skilled repairs in plumbing and electrical systems.
• Respond to and complete resident work orders efficiently and professionally.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and mechanical equipment.
