Qualifications

• Valid HVAC certification must be current.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• 1–2 years hands-on HVAC technician experience.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
• Physical ability to lift over 75 pounds and work in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on all HVAC systems.
• Perform skilled repairs in plumbing and electrical areas as needed.
• Respond to and complete resident work orders efficiently and professionally.
• Conduct routine inspections and prepare units for new residents.
