Job summary

Bristol Hospice in Hayward, CA is seeking an experienced Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our compassionate Interdisciplinary Group Team. Working under RN supervision, you will assist patients with personal care and comfort in their homes. Qualified CNAs with California HHA certification, good standing, and CPR are encouraged to apply.

Prior hospice/community health experience is preferred. Competitive hourly pay ($28-$30) and flexible scheduling are offered to support patient-centered

Qualifications

• Must be a CNA in good standing with California HHA certification.
• Current CPR certification and valid driver’s license required.
• Prefer 1 year in community health, hospice, or medical settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care and activities per patient plan under RN supervision.
• Provide compassionate communication and protect patient confidentiality.
• Monitor safety, assist with meals, hygiene, mobility, and daily living tasks.
