Our ideal candidate is someone that has been in the industry for 2 or more years, has a great reputation in the real‑estate community and who is currently a Certified Home Inspector through InterNACHI or ASHI certified.

Role Description

We are seeking a Certified Home Inspector based in the Denver Metropolitan area. This role is responsible for performing comprehensive residential property inspections, including structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and environmental components, using company checklists and standards. The inspector will document findings with photos, videos, and clear narratives, and deliver easy‑to‑understand digital reports to clients and real estate partners, usually on the same day. Day‑to‑day tasks include conducting inspections, walking clients through key findings on‑site, answering questions, and explaining potential issues without unnecessary alarm. The role also involves collaborating with the broader inspection team, upholding safety and quality standards, and representing the brand professionally with excellent customer service throughout the inspection process.

Qualifications / Skills

• Current home inspector certification (InterNACHI or ASHI)
• Strong residential property inspection experience, with the ability to assess structural, mechanical, and safety conditions accurately
• Customer Service skills, including clear, respectful communication, active listening, and the ability to explain technical issues in accessible terms
• Experience or interest in new business development, including building relationships with real estate professionals and contributing to local market growth
• Comfort using digital tools for reporting, photography/video and willingness to learn the company software; ability to produce organized, accurate, and timely inspection reports
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
• Physical ability to access attics, roofs, crawl spaces, and other residential areas safely, ability to lift at least 20 lbs
• Be teachable/coachable

• Must possess a great attitude, good presence and professional appearance
