We are a Colorado based Residential, Commercial and Environmental Inspection Company providing Certified Home Inspections for the Real Estate Industry. Our goal is to make the entire home inspection process an enjoyable, easy and educational experience for our customers. We take pride in providing our home inspection services with quality, integrity, and exceptional customer service. Our business is continually growing and is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who possesses true dedication, professionalism, and exceptional people skills. This is a full-time contractor position with the potential to become a full-time hourly employee with Inspections Over Coffee. Starting pay will be based on experience and qualifications. Our ideal candidate is someone that has been in the industry for 2 or more years, has a great reputation in the real estate community and who is currently (or interested in becoming) a Certified Home Inspector through InterNACHI.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• InterNACHI Inspector Certification completed, or the associate is willing to train, study and become certified during the training period of the hiring process.
• Home Inspection or other industry related experience (2 years minimum)

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance to travel to scheduled inspection appointments.
• Available to work weekends.
• Physically capable of inspecting confined spaces including crawl spaces and attics.
• Candidate must successfully complete training as well as InterNACHI’s online educational training and certification program.
• Ability to tolerate and adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure and occasional high-stress environments.
• Must be able to lift or carry 20+ pounds.
