Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking a Home Inspector to perform detailed inspections of residential properties, including major systems and structure. The role requires clear written reports with photos and explanations, plus effective communication with clients and real estate professionals.

Weekend availability may be required. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, a valid home inspection license (preferred), and at least two years of related experience.

This position is ideal for NEWLY LICENSED HOME INSPECTORS. The Home Inspector will be responsible for conducting detailed examinations of residential properties to ensure they meet all necessary regulations and quality standards. This includes checking the structure, electrical systems, plumbing, and other critical areas. The successful candidate should be well-versed in the current home inspection regulations and be able to provide clear, concise, and comprehensive reports to our clients. Some weekend availability may be required.

Requirements

• Good understanding of structural systems, building codes, and aesthetics.
• Ability to climb ladders, navigate tight spaces, and comfortably lift 50+ pounds.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
