Job summary

GreenWorks Inspections & Engineering is hiring inspectors in Denver, CO area. You will perform residential, commercial, phase, investor, environmental, and specialty inspections and build trusted relationships with clients while delivering clear, thorough reports.

The role emphasizes education of clients and upholding the GreenWorks brand with integrity. We offer guaranteed workload with 4–5 inspections per week, tools provided, CE opportunities, and a path to leadership and specialty services

Qualifications

• InterNACHI CPI or ASHI Certified Inspector (or currently enrolled).
• Two or more years of construction or related industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential, commercial, phase, investor, environmental, and specialty inspections.
• Build lasting relationships with homeowners, agents, investors, and commercial clients.
• Deliver detailed, accurate, easy-to-understand inspection reports.
• Educate clients—not simply identify problems.
• Represent the GreenWorks brand with professionalism and integrity.

What You'll Do

As a GreenWorks Inspector, you'll help clients make one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

Physical Requirements

This position requires climbing roofs, entering attics and crawlspaces, lifting equipment, walking uneven terrain, and working in varying weather conditions.

Inspectors should be physically capable of standing, bending, climbing, lifting, and working extended days when needed.
