Job summary

Complete-Care-At-Holmdel is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide-CHHA to assist residents with compassionate, professional at-home care and daily living activities during their health journey.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and an active NJ CHHA certification; prior long-term care experience is preferred. Collaboration with Unit Manager and Nursing leadership ensures resident well-being.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active NJ CHHA certification is required.
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred.
• Ability to assist with ADLs and maintain resident dignity.

Responsibilities

• Perform ADLs including bathing, dressing, meals, feeding, ambulating.
• Maintain clean living conditions for residents.
• Follow local, state, and federal guidelines in care delivery.
• Assist the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator as assigned.
• Work independently or as part of a group.

Certified Home Health Aide-CHHA Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Must have an Active NJ (CHHA) Certified Home Health Aide certification

• Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required

• Perform ADLs including but not limited to bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning

• Maintain clean living conditions for residents

• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines

• Other duties as assigned by Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator

• Ability to work independently or part of a group
