Job summary

Complete Care Management in New Jersey is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide-CHHA to provide compassionate, in-home care to residents as part of our trusted team. You will perform essential ADLs, support daily living, and help residents maintain dignity on their health journey.

We offer daily pay options, and full-time staff receive health/dental/vision coverage plus PTO and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active NJ CHHA certification required.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, meals, feeding, ambulating, turning and positioning.
• Maintain clean living conditions for residents.
• Follow local, state, and federal guidelines in all duties.
• Carry out duties as assigned by Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.
• Work independently or as part of a group.

Certified Home Health Aide-CHHA Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Must have an Active NJ (CHHA) Certified Home Health Aide certification
