Job summary

Complete Care Management in New Jersey is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our compassionate team. Per diem scheduling is available, with options for part-time or full-time shifts (3pm-11pm or 7am-3pm).

We value dedicated caregivers who can perform ADLs, maintain resident comfort, and follow health guidelines. Active CHHA certification in NJ is required, with long-term care experience preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Active NJ CHHA certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Long term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform ADLs including bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning and positioning.
• Maintain clean living conditions for residents.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal guidelines and participate in duties assigned by Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.
• Work independently or as part of a team.

Certified Home Health Aide-CHHA Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Must have an Active NJ (CHHA) Certified Home Health Aide certification

• Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required

• Perform ADLs including but not limited to bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning

• Maintain clean living conditions for resident

• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines

• Other duties as assigned by Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator

• Ability to work independently or part of a group
