Job summary

Complete Care is hiring a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in New Jersey. As a CHHA, you will assist residents with daily living activities with compassion and professionalism while supporting a respectful, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification is required.
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, ambulation, repositioning, transfers).
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living areas.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Follow all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.

Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Qualifications
