Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to support residents with daily living activities within a collaborative, growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active New Jersey CHHA certification required.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, ambulation, transfers).
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living areas.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Follow local, state, and federal healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Unit Manager or Director of Nursing.
