Job summary

Concierge Care VA Agency in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL is seeking a qualified Certified HHA or Florida CNA for a single, flexible daytime shift each week. The role offers a W-2 arrangement with paid weekly by direct deposit; it's a PRN, recurring assignment with one-on-one in-home care, Friday or Saturday.

The caregiver can work Friday or Saturday, making this a good fit for someone who already has other clients or simply wants to add extra weekly hours.

• $18–$22/hour

Are You a Florida CNA or Certified HHA?

To be considered, you must have either an active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved training school.

Prior HHA work experience without the required HHA certificate does not qualify.

You'll also need:

• Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance
• CPR certification
• Social Security card
• Health statement dated within the past 6 months stating “Free of Communicable Diseases”

Training Requirements

• 2-Hour Alzheimer's CEU
• 1-Hour HIV/AIDS CEU
• 2-Hour Assistance with Self-Administered Medication CEU
• Florida Elder Affairs dementia training
