Job summary

Concierge Care is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for one-on-one home care in the Ponte Vedra Beach area. We currently have client care needs in Ponte Vedra with recurring weekly and PRN schedules.

Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and mobility support. Florida CNA license or Florida-approved HHA certificate is required, plus CPR, driver’s license, auto insurance,

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license or Florida-approved HHA certificate
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
• Social Security card and CPR certification
• Health statement: Free of Communicable Diseases
• AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening required
• Required Florida elder affairs training

PONTE VEDRA CAREGIVERS NEEDED

Concierge Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for one-on-one home care in the Ponte Vedra Beach area.

We currently have client care needs in Ponte Vedra and are looking for dependable caregivers interested in recurring weekly and PRN schedules.

Current Opportunities

• Weekday and recurring schedules
• Daytime client care
• PRN opportunities
• Additional hours as new local clients become available
• One-on-one care in the client’s home

What We Offer

• $18–$22 per hour
• Weekly pay
• W-2 employment

• $100 caregiver bonus opportunity for designated qualifying clients and required hours

Requirements

• Active Florida CNA license OR Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved school

• Ability to meet AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening requirements

Required Training

• 2-hour Alzheimer’s
• 1-hour HIV/AIDS
• 2-hour Assistance with Self-Administered Medication
• Required Florida Elder Affairs training
