Job summary

Concierge Care is seeking a qualified Florida CNA or Certified HHA for a flexible daytime shift in Ponte Vedra Beach. This PRN assignment runs one day per week, with Friday or Saturday options, and provides an easy way to add hours without a large weekly commitment.

You will work one-on-one in the client’s home, with W-2 employment and weekly pay via direct deposit. Training and licensing requirements are specified, including CPR and Florida credentials.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license or Florida-approved HHA certificate required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• SSN card and health statement as specified in application.

Responsibilities

• Provide daytime, one-on-one care in the client’s home.
• Maintain client safety and well-being during the shift.
• Document care activities and report changes as needed.
