Job summary

Concierge Care VA Agency is seeking qualified Home Health Aides and Florida CNAs for PRN home care across Daytona Beach and surrounding areas. You will provide one-on-one in-home care with flexible shifts and potential recurring hours, following established care plans.

Requirements include an active Florida CNA license or Florida-certified HHA, CPR, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance. A background check is required, plus CEU completion as specified.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license or Florida-approved HHA certificate.
• CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check.
• Completion of CEUs: Alzheimer's (2h), HIV/AIDS (1h), Self-Administered Medication (2h), dementia training.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home care in clients’ homes.
• Follow care plans and document care provided.
• Participate in flexible PRN scheduling with recurring assignments when available.
• Support scheduling team with client transitions and updates.

Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant

Daytona Beach Caregivers Needed | PRN Home Care

Concierge Care is looking for qualified Certified HHAs and Florida CNAs who are ready for home care opportunities throughout the Daytona Beach and surrounding areas.

We're continuing to add clients and need dependable caregivers who want the flexibility of PRN work with the opportunity to take recurring assignments and additional weekly hours as schedules become available.

Depending on client needs and your availability, opportunities may include:

• Weekday or weekend assignments
• Morning and daytime care
• Afternoon and evening shifts
• Overnight opportunities
• Short or extended shifts
• Recurring weekly clients
• Opportunities to pick up additional hours

Getting through onboarding now means you'll be ready to be considered as new client assignments and additional hours become available.

Certification Requirements

Applicants must have ONE of the following:

• Active Florida CNA license
• Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved training school

Requirements

• Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school (prior experience with another agency does not qualify)
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
• CPR certification
• Social Security card
• A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating you're free of communicable diseases
• Completed CEUs:
  • 2 hours Alzheimer's
  • 1 hour HIV/AIDS
  • 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication (find bundled CEU options at c-e-u.com)
  • Required dementia training through Elder Affairs
