Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is hiring a Patient Care Technician to support dialysis patients across our clinics. You will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, record vital stats, assist with cannulation, and help set up the hemodialysis machines to ensure safe, efficient treatment.

The role requires a high school diploma, compassionate nature, and current BLS/CPR certification; experienced PCTs may hold BONENT, NNCC, NNCO, or state credentials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to care for people and work around blood/needles.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience/certification in dialysis-related credentials may be required.

Responsibilities
