Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to deliver specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder in an outpatient setting in Oklahoma. You will evaluate patients, develop recovery plans, fabricate orthoses, and educate patients on orthosis wear and precautions.

The role requires 3+ years in upper-extremity rehab, current PT or OT license, and CHT credential; CPR/BLS certification is also required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish care plans for hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder rehab.
• Provide custom orthotic fabrication and patient education on use and care.
• Supervise OT/therapy assistants, students, and support staff.
• Document delivery of occupational/physical therapy services.
• Manage post-surgical and injury rehabilitation including scar and edema care.
