Norman Regional Health System seeks a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to provide specialized rehab for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, develop recovery plans, and fabricate custom splints while guiding learners and coordinating with surgeons.

You will work in a multidisciplinary setting, performing scar management, edema control, wound care, and return-to-work rehab as part of comprehensive care.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• DPT or OT preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient condition and plan care.
• Provide hand/upper-extremity therapies and splinting.
• Document OT/hand therapy services.
• Supervise OTAs, students, and support staff.
• Fabricate and fit custom orthoses and splints.
• Educate patients on orthosis wear and precautions.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other clinicians.
• Conduct post-surgical and injury rehabilitation as needed.
