Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to lead specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, develop recovery plans, and craft custom splints.

Join a multidisciplinary team to treat orthopedic and post-surgical conditions, educate patients on orthosis wear, and mentor students while ensuring comprehensive documentation and care.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patient condition and establish plan of care.
• Provide hand/upper-extremity rehabilitation and splinting.
• Document therapy services accurately.
• Supervise OT Assistants, students and support staff.
• Design, fabricate, fit and educate about custom orthoses and splints.
• Treat orthopedic, traumatic, burn, tendon, nerve and postoperative conditions.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
