Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to provide specialized hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder rehabilitation within an outpatient setting. The role involves patient evaluation, custom splinting, and developing recovery plans, with supervision of assistants and students.

Responsibilities include orthotic fabrication, post-surgical rehab, and collaboration with hand surgeons and other clinicians. Requires a PT/OT license and CHT, with 3+ years of experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• 3+ years of upper-extremity rehab and outpatient therapy.
• Current state PT or OT license.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for hand/upper-extremity conditions.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
• Directs and supervises Occupational Therapy Assistants, students and support personnel.
• Design, fabricate, fit, and adjust custom orthoses and splints; educate patients on wear and care.
