United Future is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join our outpatient hand therapy team in Salem, Oregon. The role focuses on one-on-one hand therapy, collaboration with hand surgeons, and comprehensive treatment planning in a patient-centered setting.

Requirements include active CHT certification, OT or PT licensure in Oregon (or eligibility), and a Master’s/Doctoral degree in OT or PT, with 2+ years of clinical experience.

Competenze

• Active CHT credential required.
• OT or PT license in Oregon or eligible for licensure.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy or physical therapy.
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Comfortable practicing independently.
