Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join our outpatient hand therapy team in Salem, Oregon. The OT or PT must hold an active CHT and Oregon licensure or eligibility, with 2+ years of clinical experience; strong communication and independent work skills are essential.

The role offers a full-time Monday–Friday schedule, with a typical caseload of 11–12 patients daily, collaborative practice with hand surgeons, and opportunities for leadership as the department

Qualifications

• Active Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential required.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT), or eligible for Oregon licensure.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy or qualifying Physical Therapy degree.
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one hand therapy services.
• Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity injuries and conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using NextTech.
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
