Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. in Salem, Oregon is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join its outpatient hand therapy team. The role involves one-on-one hand therapy, evaluation and treatment of upper extremity conditions, and collaboration with hand surgeons.

Qualifications

• Active OT or PT license in Oregon or eligible for licensure
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential required
• 2+ years of hand therapy experience preferred
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one hand therapy services
• Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity injuries and conditions
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using NextTech
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
