Job summary

GOLFTEC Moorestown is seeking a Certified Personal Coach to join a national network of golf instructors who use data-driven feedback and technology to help players improve. You will participate in GOLFTEC University training and learn from some of the industry’s best instructors to advance your coaching career.

The role emphasizes teaching with TECFIT Club Fitting, TECSWING, and other proprietary tools, in a collaborative team setting with a focus on work-life balance and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of golf instruction or club fitting is preferred.
• Knowledge of golf swing mechanics is highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel or crouch for extended periods and lift items weighing more than 30 pounds.
• PGA/LPGA affiliation is a plus!
• Graduation from a PGM program is also a plus!

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University, GTU training program.
• Utilize technology to help players improve.
• Recommend teaching content for custom lesson plans.
• Provide GOLFTEC services for each student (TECFIT Club Fitting, outdoor lessons, short game lessons).
• Create a high-level experience for students inside and outside training bays.
• Use proprietary tech like Optimotion and TECSWING.
• Maintain training center equipment and environment.
• Perform daily opening & closing functions for the Training Center.
• Participate in continuing education.
