Job summary

GOLFTEC Natick seeks a Certified Personal Coach to join a network of industry-leading golf instructors. You will participate in GTU training, leverage TECFIT, Optimotion, TECSWING, and other tools to deliver data-driven feedback that helps students improve.

We emphasize work-life balance with a set schedule, generous holidays, and comprehensive benefits including health and retirement plans. Prior PGA/LPGA affiliation and PGM program graduates are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of golf instruction or club fitting preferred.
• Prior knowledge of golf swing mechanics preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to stand, bend, kneel or crouch for extended periods and lift >30 lbs.
• Affiliation with PGA/LPGA is a plus.
• Graduation from a PGM program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University training program.
• Utilize advanced golf technology to help players improve.
• Recommend teaching content for customized lesson plans.
• Provide TECFIT Club Fitting, outdoor lessons, and short game training.
• Create a high-level experience for students inside and outside training bays.
• Use Optimotion and TECSWING teaching software.
• Maintain the Training Center environment and equipment.
• Perform daily opening and closing functions.
• Participate in continuing education and training.
