Job summary

GOLFTEC Intellectual Property LLC in Indianapolis Castleton is seeking a Certified Personal Coach to teach using TECFIT, Optimotion and TECSWING technology through GTU training. You will guide players, design lesson plans, and contribute to a data-driven improvement plan.

This role offers a base hourly rate with monthly commissions and a $1,000 signing bonus, along with robust benefits and a schedule with two days off per week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of golf instruction or club fitting experience.
• Affiliation with the PGA/LPGA is a plus.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Willingness to participate in GTU training.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University and complete GTU training.
• Use technology to help students play better golf.
• Recommend teaching content for custom lesson plans.
• Provide GOLFTEC services including TECFIT, outdoor lessons, and short-game work.
• Create a high-level experience for students in and out of bays.
• Operate TECFIT/Optimotion/TECSWING tools to enhance lessons.
• Maintain training center environment, equipment and tech.
• Support opening and closing funcs and ongoing education.
