Lowe's in San Antonio is hiring for a fast-paced customer order fulfillment associate. You will pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and on time, while keeping staging areas clean and safe.

You will deliver excellent service, help customers select high-quality items, validate orders, and connect customers with the right associates. This role requires powered equipment certification and adherence to safety, along with teamwork, strong communication, and a customer-first

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by helping customers and connecting them with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow all safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy by using the Orders App and maintaining SIMS compliance.
• Complete audits, follow-ups, and locker management, while reporting safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Achieve daily job responsibilities with a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the needs of the business.
