Job summary

You will operate powered equipment, maintain safety certifications, and support inventory accuracy. The role involves collaboration with leadership on short picks, plus administrative tasks and daily readiness, all with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered equipment certification is required; certification must be obtained if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, keeping staging areas clean and safe.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items, validating orders, and answering questions.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow all safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance, resolving short picks with leadership.
• Complete administrative tasks such as audits, order follow-ups, and locker management, reporting safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork; may be assigned other duties as needed.
