Job summary

Lowe's is hiring for a front-line associate to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders with precision and care. You will deliver excellent service, validate orders, and connect customers with the right associates while maintaining safe, organized staging areas.

You will operate powered equipment with required certifications, support inventory accuracy using the Orders App, and perform administrative tasks as needed. A customer-first mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by validating orders and guiding customers to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment with required certification and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks and report safety or theft concerns.
