Qualifications

• At least 6 months of computer use experience.
• At least 6 months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification required if not already obtained (Forklift, Order Picker, Reach Truck).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time; keep staging areas clean and safe.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment with certification and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App, maintain SIMS compliance, and resolve short picks with leadership.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks including audits, order follow-ups, and locker management; report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork; perform other duties as needed.
