Job summary

Marmon Holdings is seeking a forklift operator in Garland, TX. Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant forklift/warehouse experience.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office is an asset.
• Forklift license required; overhead crane license is an asset.
• Excellent time management, organization and urgency.
• Able to work independently and in a team; precise and thorough workmanship.
• Strong communication in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Safely transport components/materials to required departments using forklift, overhead crane, pallet jack or hand truck.
• Inspect received components/materials using plans, BOM, MOC, receipt slip and related documents.
• Identify components/materials and ensure accurate handling.
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and prepare for recycling; manage pallet-related tasks.
• Attach lifting devices (slings, hooks) as needed.
• Bundle/wrap material for shipment.
• Communicate non-compliance and assist in reports; support inventory accuracy.
• Support inventory counts and equipment storage areas.
• Assist with loading of units when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
