Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Ability to read purchase orders and packing lists.
• Detail oriented with accurate inventory counting.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team- or autonomous environment.
• Must obtain forklift license or be currently licensed.

Responsibilities

• Move and operate forklifts to transport materials between receiving, storage, service, and shipping areas.
• Organize and secure materials on pallets, sacks, and related storage formats.
• Perform routine pre-inspection on equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Manually load or unload material from pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Receive inventory and verify daily inbound and return items.
• Maintain count accuracy for items received or returned.
• Coordinate loading/unloading with managers, supervisors, and vendors.
• Track quantity, type, and value of stocked materials.
• Count inventory and post totals to records or systems.
• Adhere to safety and quality policies; assist other departments as needed.
