JAM Industries, in Southaven, MS, is seeking a certified Forklift Operator to join our Inbound division. You will operate forklifts, move materials, and support safe, efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• At least 1 year forklift experience and forklift license.
• Detail oriented and able to read purchase orders / verbal work instructions.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Organizational ability and follow-through.
• Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Teamwork and autonomy.
• Basic Excel and clear communication via email.

Responsibilities

• Move and transport materials using forklift.
• Organize and secure materials on pallets and in storage.
• Perform routine pre-inspection on equipment.
• Load/unload materials from pallets or platforms.
• Receive inventory and handle inbound/returns.
• Count items to ensure accuracy in stock.
• Coordinate loading with managers and vendors.
• Maintain inventory quantities and values.
• Follow safety and quality policies.
• Assist other departments as needed.
