Methodist Hospital Texsan seeks an experienced EP Lab Technician-Certified to join the Cardiac Cath Lab team. You will perform electrophysiology procedures, scrub and record, and ensure accurate data collection and patient safety.

The role requires RCIS/RCES/ARRT/RRT or equivalent certifications, plus ongoing training and radiation safety compliance. You will train staff and maintain complete procedure data for quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required for eligibility.
• Two years full-time invasive cardiovascular technology experience or equivalent per criteria.
• Certification options include RCIS, RCES, ARRT, RRT or NREMT-Paramedic/EMT with 2-year window.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in electrophysiology procedures.
• Assist in data collection and monitoring during procedures.
• Maintain ALARA radiation safety and regulatory compliance.
• Train new staff and colleagues in scrub/recorder roles.
• Ensure proper archiving of procedure data.
