Medical Center SE Texas Port Arthur is seeking a Special Procedure Technologist/EP lab Tech for the Cath Lab. The role supports physicians, ensures patient safety, and operates x-ray equipment during complex angiographic procedures.

The ideal candidate has RCIS or ARRT certification, Texas health certification, and experience with EP/Cath Lab procedures, including patient care across all peri-procedural stages.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: accredited radiology training or RCIS certification.
• ARRT registered and Texas health certification required.
• Experience with EP/Cath Lab procedures is preferred.
• Prior hospital workflow experience is valued.

Responsabilités

• Operate x-ray equipment and scrub in for angiographic procedures.
• Ensure patient safety during pre-, intra-, and post-procedure periods.
• Assist physicians with complex EP/Cath Lab interventions and manage equipment maintenance.
• Apply knowledge of EKGs and EP devices to patient care.
