Abington Manor is seeking a Dining Services Director to lead the dietary department with a focus on safety, quality, and cost efficiency. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with Nursing, Activities, Housekeeping, and Administration to deliver exceptional dining services.

The role requires ADA dietetic training, Serv Safe certification, and a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for culinary or hospitality degrees and CDM certification.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• ADA approved dietetic training required.
• Food Service Sanitation/Serv Safe certification required.
• Culinary or Hospitality degree preferred; CDM preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan and direct the dietary department operations.
• Ensure facility meets dietary standards and regulations.
• Conduct weekly inspections for quality control and sanitation.
• Coordinate with nursing, activities, housekeeping and other departments.
• Maintain cost controls and proper supply management.
• Ensure staff are trained and certified as required.
