Job summary

Exton Post Acute is seeking a Dietary/Dining Supervisor to lead the dietary department, ensuring nutritious meals and excellent resident service. You will supervise staff, coordinate with the Food Service Director, and uphold safety and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, ServSafe certification, and at least one year of supervisory food-service experience in healthcare; CDM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• ServSafe Certification is required or obtainable after hire.
• Minimum of one year supervising dining in healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the dietary department.
• Lead, coach, and support dietary staff and foster teamwork.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor meal service and adherence to therapeutic diets.
