U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our dialysis team in Cincinnati. You will work under RN or Charge Nurse supervision to provide treatment, monitor patients, and support high-quality care in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes patient safety, accurate data collection, machine preparation and routine maintenance, with ongoing education and adherence to state and federal regulations. Eligible full-time team members receive comprehensive benefits and training.

Formación

• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous healthcare exposure in dialysis, phlebotomy, or CNA role is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and collect patient stats before and after treatment.
• Prepare machines, disinfect equipment, and conduct safety checks for quality control.
• Follow safety policies, use PPE, and participate in required trainings and meetings.
