Job summary

ALLCPR in the United States seeks an experienced Instructor to deliver American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses and training. You will teach courses, prepare for sessions, and ensure compliance with ARC requirements in various settings including schools, community centers, hospitals, and offices.

The role is a part-time, contract position with a 1099 option; you will earn $30–$40 per teaching hour, plus $10 per enrolled student for the instructor trainer role.

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification.
• Strong knowledge of CPR and AED techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective training sessions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to provide constructive feedback to candidates.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level trainings to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques that comply with American Red Cross requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to help them improve their performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records in accordance with American Red Cross requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and comply with relevant program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with CPR and AED training best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
