Job summary

ALLCPR is seeking a dedicated Instructor to teach American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses and train students through the ARC. The position requires delivering high-quality instruction at multiple locations and ensuring learners meet proficiency standards.

The Instructor Trainer will prepare sessions, demonstrate techniques, evaluate candidates, and work across offices, schools, community centers, hospitals, and other venues, with weekend availability and a local travel expectation.

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification required.
• Experience delivering ARC First Aid/CPR/AED courses and training instructor candidates.
• Own at least 3 manikin sets for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level training sessions to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques per ARC requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to improve performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records per ARC requirements.
• Ensure training materials comply with program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current.
