Job summary

Fellowship Square Christian Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Caregiver to join our team. You will deliver high-quality care to residents, assist with daily activities, administer medications, and support their health, safety, and well-being.

Follow individualized care plans, document care, monitor changes, provide emotional support, and help maintain a safe, clean living environment. CPR/First Aid and Level 1 Fingerprint clearance are required; prior assisted-living experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Arizona Caregiver Certification or MedTech Certification.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Negative TB test prior to starting; pre-employment drug test and background check required.
• Must be able to lift and transfer residents.
• Experience in assisted living is a plus; excellent communication and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as per care plans.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, eating).
• Monitor health and document changes; report to the health care team.
• Follow individualized care plans for each resident.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain a safe, clean living environment.
• Respond quickly and appropriately in emergencies.
