Fellowship Square is seeking a compassionate Certified Caregiver to support residents with daily activities and personalized care. You will administer medications, monitor health, and document changes to ensure safety and well-being in a Christian care environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Arizona Caregiver Certification is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required prior to start.
• Negative TB test and clear background check required.
• Prior assisted living/healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration as outlined in care plans.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and eating.
• Observe and document health status; report changes to healthcare team.
• Follow individualized care plans for each resident.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Maintain safe, clean, hazard-free living environment.
• Respond quickly and appropriately in emergencies.
• Collaborate with team and communicate with families about resident care.
